    Hm... I get "WARNING: usage of RSYNC_EXCLUDEFROM is deprecated,
    use PORTAGE_RSYNC_EXTRA_OPTS instead" when I sync, but I cant find
    any docs on PORTAGE_RSYNC_EXTRA_OPTS
