autoconf_2_60.karma--; or so

BCBでムニャヘニャしている隣で，
Gentoo on PowerBookのemerge -e worldを走らせていた．
で，sys-devel/autoconf-2.60が幾つかのebuildでハマる原因に
なっているっぽい事に気付く．

    my breakages is in my own ebuilds (unofficial ones).

    progs.
